I’ve spent the past 20 years supporting people and communities through life’s various stages. My professional journey has led me through women’s health and ITU nursing, craniosacral therapy, energy work, and hospice chaplaincy. Today, I’m here for you as an End-of-Life Doula.
I use all this experience to walk alongside people as they find ways to address health challenges, navigate how to find the support they need, and provide emotional and spiritual support during the palliative journey.
At the moment, I’m studying for a Masters in Death, Religion, and Culture. I’m fascinated by the different ways communities approach the whole idea of dying. I’m passionate about ‘death literacy’, which to me, means helping people have open and honest chats about what the end of life means to them and how they can get ready for it.
You’ll find me near Horsham, serving the good people of West and East Sussex and South West London. As your End-of-Life Doula, I promise to be a safe and comforting presence to help you navigate this important journey.
