Join us for “Collaborative End of Life Care: Uniting Healthcare Professionals and End of Life Doulas in the Community,” where we will explore the intersection between compassionate care, medical expertise, and community support.
This conference serves as a unique space for healthcare professionals and end of life doulas to come together, fostering collaboration and the development of new, innovative approaches to community end-of-life care. By bringing together professionals providing different aspects of care, we aim to enhance the experience of individuals and those important to them at the end-of-life, as well as finding ways for professionals to support each other’s vital work.
Our speakers will share their expertise, experiences and learning regarding collaboration between NHS professionals and services, and end of life doula support. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on integrating emotional, practical, and medical aspects of care to provide comprehensive support to patients and those important to them.
