More about me

I am an end of life doula in training who completed Living Well, Dying Well’s End of Life Doula Foundation training in 2024. I am a compassionate, empathetic and open minded person who is passionate about advising people on their options for the end of life, as well as supporting people through it; something which I see as an honour and a privilege.

As an end of life doula I am here to walk alongside you during your journey, centring you and your experiences and offering support in a way that works for you. I can be there to listen, document, advocate, care or simply just be with you. I can also offer support to friends and family when and where appropriate. I am also interested helping people fulfil their creative wishes.

In addition to the LWDW Foundation, I have attended End of Life Doula UK’s ‘Advance Planning’ and ‘Care of the Body’ CPD training, Janice Gittens’ ‘Anti-Racism for Doulas’ workshop and three webinar courses with CRUSE Bereavement (‘Grief Awareness Training’, ‘Supporting Those Bereaved by Suicide’ and ‘Anticipatory Grief’). I also have a Level 2 NVQ in Independent Advocacy.

I am happy to work with people from all walks of life but have a special interest in working with those from the LGBTQIA+ and BDSM communities as I understand the importance of retaining your connections to and identity within these communities even at the end of life and in death.

In addition to my doula work, I am an artist, carer for a family member and run Trans Death Café – a death café for transgender and non-binary people. I am also a member of the Queer Death Network.
