I am an end of life doula in training living in Leeds, originally from Wales. I work in the arts, and enjoy working with a broad range of people. I strive to bring peacefulness to my work and the way I live. I came to Living Well Dying Well as a result of experiencing a few deaths who were close to me and noticing that there was a real need for some people to be able to be in touch with someone who was not a friend, family, or health professional; someone who approached them and their end of life with unconditional positive regard and could support them through this process. I also started this training to increase death literacy in communities, and to help reduce the fear and the surprise of this most important life event that we all experience.
