I am an end-of-life doula in training and feel passionate about supporting individuals and their families who are planning for the end of life, as well as those who are bereaved or close to death.
I believe each person should feel heard, supported, and empowered to make their own choices and decisions. My role is to walk alongside you, gently and respectfully, ensuring your wishes, values, and voice remain at the heart of your care and journey ahead.
I offer a calm, safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, whether that is talking through your wishes, making plans, or simply being present with you.
Support can be practical, emotional, or quiet companionship, shaped entirely around what feels right for you.
Alongside my training, I have supported people as a hospice bedside companion and currently provide telephone bereavement support for a well-known national charity; experiences which continue to deepen my understanding of presence, listening, and care. I am also a registered social worker with a wealth of experience in supporting and empowering people. In addition, I have experience supporting bereaved families to arrange funerals and carry out their loved one’s wishes.
At the heart of my work is being alongside you, offering a gentle, steady presence so you feel less alone and more able to live and approach death in a way that feels right for you.
On a personal note, I enjoy meditation, crystals, aromatherapy, reading, nature, and travel.
I am based near Southend-on-Sea in Essex and am willing to travel to nearby areas within the region.
