Hi, my name is Helen and I am a certified Foundation level End of Life Doula, Companion and currently doing my Diploma training having with Living Well, Dying Well. I live in Cheddar, Somerset, I am a local lady with my parents living near by. I firmly believe that life is all about quality and I will do my very best to support you and those you care about in whatever capacity you need. My hours are very flexible and I would welcome a chat with you to see if I can help in anyway. I am very much a roll your sleeves up kind of girl and get stuck in so whatever the challenges lay ahead I will not shy away. I am a firm believer in fun and laughter being great medicine so please don’t think it’s all doom and gloom.
I am also able to help people complete their own Advanced Decision Plan, to help families know the wishes of their loved one that need to be carried out through to their End of Life.
