Heather is a womyn who is passionate about the intersection of embodiment and spirituality. She loves having conversations and holding space for the messy realness of life. She tries to live wholistically, caring for all of her self and living in cyclical harmony with the seasons of the moon and earth. Heather is currently navigating perimenopause and learning what this new stage of life has to teach her.
She was born and raised in Canada and currently lives with her lovely British husband in the northeast of England. They have no kids or pets, but many, many houseplants and books! Heather loves creativity, good food, knitting and crochet, reading, nature and the sea. :)
She is not currently accepting referrals, but is happy to connect with anyone (in person or online) to have conversations around death and dying.
Heather is currently an End of Life Companion and waiting to begin the Living Well Dying Well diploma training to become a doula.
