I’m Carré Kwong Callaway—a musician, writer, and end-of-life doula in-training based in London.
I’ve spent most of my life on the road as a touring and recording musician, performing for crowds around the world. But a series of profound, life-changing events led me to becoming a certified grief coach. From there, I felt inspired to explore death work. As soon as I began my death education, something clicked. It felt more honest and enriching than anything I’d ever done.
I bring lived experience of grief and loss across all stages of life—from childhood through chronic illness, sudden deaths, and long goodbyes. I’ve supported friends, peers, and strangers through complex and beautiful endings. Nobody’s death fits a script. Everyone is unique, even when it comes to universal experiences. But we all deserve to die well.
My practice is trauma-informed, spiritually inclusive, and radically human. If you want real-talk and real-support through advanced planning or death and dying, I’m here for you.
I’m half Chinese and understand the diverse cultural differences and beliefs surrounding death. Though I do not hold religious beliefs, I respect and work with people of all faiths or none.
I’m available in person or online.
