I live in Hackney, East London.
My background is in design. I have had my lifestyle shop for 20 years, worked as an interior, fashion and lifestyle stylist and am a twice published author.
Through navigating my own cancer diagnosis, a family mental health crisis and loosing my dad to Alzheimers my focus has moved to healing and community.
I co-host death cafes, grief and women’s circles in London and run holistic retreats at my cabin in Norfolk.
I am a qualified sound healing teacher and practitioner and use this together with mindfulness and meditation in my daily life and with clients.
Drawing on my healing and energy work together with my stylists eye I understand the importance of the environment we find ourselves in. I am passionate about bringing this sensitivity and creativity to my work as a death doula and can help in creating meaningful and restful spaces.
Through my writing I can help loved ones to tell their own stories leaving something for their families to treasure.
I am not religious but have an interest and respect of different views and approaches to life. I am happy to work with anyone of any faith.
