As an End of Life Doula and certified psychodynamic psychotherapist, with an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, I have a profound connection to nature and the cycles of life. My practice is holistic, weaving together psychodynamic theory, shamanism, spirituality, somatic practices, and sound therapy. I am dedicated to exploring life’s profound mysteries and the essence of existence.
I offer comfort and guidance through life’s final transition and emphasise the importance of empowering individuals to express and realise their end-of-life preferences.
My experience with grief and bereavement has cultivated an empathetic and nurturing demeanor, providing a sanctuary for open conversations about mortality and fostering a journey towards acceptance and peace.
Deepened by a fascination with the soul’s journey beyond our physical realm, I am drawn to the mysteries of life’s transitions, holding space with respect for the diverse beliefs and experiences of those I support.
Further strengthened by my academic background in Transpersonal Psychology, I am passionate about exploring the vast potential and possibilities of human existence. I am committed to providing an informed, heart-centered presence that nurtures transitions in alignment with each individual’s beliefs and values, fostering a sense of peace and trust in the journey that lies ahead.
I am part of a team of End-of-Life Doulas providing support through an NHS-commissioned project in South West London. In this role, I work with individuals referred by health and social care professionals to EoLDUK, offering compassionate and tailored end-of-life care.
