I am a filmmaker, writer and artist, and founded a Southeast London-based community interest company in 2015, focused on bringing people together.
I first supported a friend who was dying in 2017; this led me to want to find out more about how to be there for others who are dying. I have trained with Living Well Dying Well and I am mid-way through my diploma.
My two sons have taught me many things – courage, strength and humility – and remind me to stay present and not take life too seriously. I have learned other life lessons too – how to listen well and interpret underlying messages, how to believe in myself and how to be an advocate.
For anyone looking for spiritual inspiration or understanding, I can offer a questioning nature and ready empathy. I am interested in the power of ritual and prayer in a non-religious context, and bring artistic flair to everything I do. I also have a lovely dog for cuddles and pet therapy.
