I have always been interested in people—their stories, their journeys, and the moments that shape their lives. This curiosity, combined with a natural desire to care for others, led me to train as an end-of-life doula. I believe that the way we approach death matters, and that everyone deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and calm as they reach life’s final chapter.
With a background in adult education and many years of supporting people from diverse walks of life, I have developed strong listening skills, patience, and a gentle presence. I volunteer at my local hospice, where I offer time, conversation, and comfort to people nearing the end of life, as well as to their families. This work has deepened my belief in the importance of human connection and the power of simply being there.
I’m also interested in how culture, ritual, and legacy shape the way we experience death and grief. I love nature, walking by the sea, and the sense of perspective and stillness it brings. I’m passionate about offering practical and emotional support to help people feel heard, respected, and cared for in whatever way they need.
