There is a quiet tenderness in the moments when life nears close, a space where presence and care make all the difference. Offering attentive companionship and thoughtful support can bring comfort in ways that words alone cannot.
I am pursuing End-of-Life Doula training and hold a Palliative Care Worker certification, which provides a strong foundation in holistic, comfort-centred care and guides me as I move towards doula practice. Through my ongoing studies to become a Certified Grief Coach, I am expanding my ability to support individuals and families navigating grief, remembrance, and life transitions. I am also trained in Reiki, which I may incorporate when appropriate to provide gentle, heart-centred support during emotionally significant moments.
Beyond any title or qualification, it is an inner knowing — a soulful calling — that guides me in this work. I believe that presence is powerful medicine. My role is not to lead or alter the journey, but to sit beside you with steadiness and grace, creating a nurturing space where emotions, memories, and silence are all welcomed without judgment.
Having witnessed the passing of loved ones in my own life, I developed a deep reverence for the human spirit in its most vulnerable and authentic moments. I believe that the end of life deserves the same compassion and tenderness as its beginning. To sit with stories, to honour love, to hold fear with softness, and to allow each moment to unfold as it needs are the values that guide my practice.
