About me
I’m an end of life doula in training, as well as a person-centred counsellor. I provide emotional support to people struggling with a range of difficulties including loss and grief of all kinds.
People appreciate my considered, steady and trustworthy presence. If that’s something you’re looking for I might be a good fit for you.
What I can offer
I can offer short or long term emotional support if you or someone close to you is at – or is thinking about – the end of life.
This support might be around:
- anticipatory grief;
- challenges you are currently facing;
- unresolved issues that you would like to explore;
- discovering what is important to you in order to make decisions about your future (including advance planning).
I offer in-person support in Norwich and surrounding areas. Please get in touch to discuss what is possible.
My approach
I believe that we all have the natural tendency within us for self-discovery and self-direction. This means that you, and only you, can decide the meaning of your experiences and what you should do with the life you have.
I will not be in the role of ‘expert’. Instead, I will listening deeply and sensitively. Often being fully heard and accepted can create the freedom you need to discover how you really feel and what you would like to do.
Next steps
I’d love to hear from you if you think I might be able to support you. Do get in touch and I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.
