I’m Mangala, a doula in training based in Frome, Somerset. I have completed the LWDW foundation course and am now part of the LWDW training team, online and in person.
Having worked in the sexual wellness world for 12 years, I’m no stranger to journeying with people through tender, challenging and intimate times. I’m passionate about providing a non-judgemental space for people to receive support that centers their own experience.
I see my role as a friend, companion and guide, drawing upon many years of experience in various spiritual and esoteric traditions.
