I have had a long career in healthcare, and the aspect I enjoyed the most was working with End of Life patients and their friends and families. I am passionate that every person deserves dignity and respect in their final phase of life.  
 
They have the right to have their wishes and needs met on every level, to have their final hours be exactly as they choose and where they choose.  
 
I am dedicated to my role and ensuring everyone receives the best autonomous care possible. I perform every task with kindness and empathy, I’m naturally caring and care for others as I would wish to be cared for. I have myself experienced deep loss and fully understand the needs of family and friends at such a difficult time.  
 
If you honour me with your care in your death I will endeavour to make your final journey as peaceful, holistic and as individual as you are
