I’m a hospice nurse and I have witnessed the importance of talking about fears, beliefs, wishes in a safe space in order to have a more graceful (end of) life.
I find working on legacy and doing a life review can be very healing, and sometimes that means emotions will surprise you. You won’t be alone to navigate them. I can also just sit and have a cup of tea talking about how
beautiful and weird existence is 🙂
Over the last few years I have shared some of my experience and lessons I have learnt from my hospice patients.

Here is something I put together for the Nursing Times, all about how the last few ‘pages of our book’ can be so transformative, if only we let them.

It would be an honour to walk alongside you.
