I’m an end-of-life doula in training and artist based in Walthamstow, East London, offering support to individuals and families navigating end-of-life journeys.
My approach draws on my experience as an artist working with clay, a certified life coach (Relational Dynamics), and my time facilitating Death and Grief Cafes with Creating Conversations CIC. I’m particularly drawn to how hands-on creative activities can complement meaningful conversations and help process emotions and preserve memories at times when words feel insufficient. My art practice explores how objects hold and transfer memories across time and space.
Becoming a mother in 2016 led me to reflect more deeply on mortality and family history, beginning a personal creative journey that eventually brought me to train with Living Well Dying Well in 2023. I aim to create calm, grounded spaces where conversations can unfold naturally and where each person’s unique story and beliefs are respected and valued.
I believe creative approaches to death can lead us toward acceptance and peace, helping us discover meaning and connection even when we feel most vulnerable. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds and life experiences.
